Certificate in Educational Leadership (Nunavut)

The Certificate in Educational Leadership in Nunavut (CELN) program is offered by UPEI’s Faculty of Education in partnership with the Department of Education, Government of Nunavut (GN). This certificate is designed to provide qualified teachers and educational leaders in Nunavut with the background, history, knowledge, skills and attitudes to provide culturally based, effective, and responsive, leadership in the school system.
